HI, I’M KARLA, WELCOME
Most of my sessions start with a few nervous laughs and end with people wondering why they were ever worried. I’m a Connecticut photographer for anyone who wants photos that feel natural, relaxed, and like themselves. I love shooting in the rolling hills of Litchfield County, in spots like Topsmead State Forest, Fox and Buck Farm, and the many picturesque wedding venues.

We may start as strangers, but it won’t feel that way for long.
Feeling awkward in front of the camera is completely normal. I’ll guide you when you need it, make a few bad jokes, and give you space to move, laugh, and settle in. Somewhere along the way, you stop thinking about the camera, and that’s when the most natural photographs happen.
I care deeply about this work because I know how much a single photograph can come to mean. I would rather help you preserve more of this season than have you look back and wish you had made the time.
